ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNED CHECKS AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS
All returned checks, unjustified chargebacks and refused shipments will result in a $35.00 processing charge. Most of our parts are custom built to order. All delivery time frames are estimates only. We do our best to meet those time frames but on occasion we can have unseen setbacks due to supplier delays, warehouse shortages etc. If you order custom built parts and cancel the order after 10 days you will be assessed a $35 cancellation fee on orders over $100 and 20% of orders under $100. Please consider your order carefully before submitting. You are dealing with custom parts. Custom parts are not stamped out in a factory. They are hand crafted and take time. Rushed parts and quality parts are rarely one and the same. We appreciate all of our customers and work hard to provide you with the best in parts. Please let us do our jobs for you. If you have any question please contact us. Please though do not contact us daily asking is it done yet. If we have to stop every time someone asks is it done yet we cant get anything done. If you are one of those who feels the need to call every day and interupt, please realize you are only delaying your own order as well as others. We service customers and dealerships world wide on a daily basis. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for those who will not allow us to do our job.
